Our Fresh Lobster Risotto Cakes are made fresh shredded lobster meat from our local boats.
They are the perfect appetizer or compliment to that special dinner party.
Ingredients: Arborio rice, Butter, Onion, Lobster Stock, Sherry, Lobster Meat,
Parmesan Cheese, Basil & Panko Crumbs
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake for aprox 12-15 mins until lightly browned and hot.
