We source our whole fish directly from the working fishing docks of Gloucester, Massachusetts, the oldest seaport in America. Our local boats arrive daily, and what they bring in will be added to your order per your specific request. No warehouse holding, no freezing, nothing in between. Various types of whole fish include whole Atlantic cod, haddock, flounder, hake, whole fresh salmon (farm-raised, approximately 10 to 12 lbs per fish), whole red fish (Atlantic Ocean perch), and rainbow trout. Most of our fish is wild direct from our local Atlantic ocean. You can’t get whole fish any fresher than that unless you caught it yourself. From boat to table shipped overnight.
All fish arrive fresh, cleaned, and gutted, with the head and tail on as pictured, unless otherwise stated. You select your delivery date from our drop-down calendar during checkout, and we handle the rest.
