I ordered 5 live lobsters and they arrived on the day/date promised all in good shape.  The order came with perfect cooking instructions and towelettes and bibs.   We had a grand time and my guests have insisted we do it again for next year.  The company was easy to work with, patient with my numerous questions and I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN NEXT YEAR. I want to thank Ted and his amazing crew for always giving me #1, the best customer service I have ever seen, even in bad times, I ALWAYS get a prompt response..so thank you. I previously ordered from a few other seafood places, but I have stuck with Ted and his team because of this and because I just received my New Year’s Eve order and I have to say that even in restaurants, I received in my shipment a batch of mussels (my favorite next to clams), where every single one of 70 mussels opened up in cooking and were absolutely AMAZING!!! I have ordered directly from the docks of Maine since Ieft New England 10 years ago. This was some of the best lobster I have received.  The pricing was fantastic and it got here so fast. Shipping cost was a bit high but that’s to be expected for priority overnight and to cover associated packaging costs, considering it was packed very well with multiple ice packs in a small styrofoam cooler inside a sturdy box. The uni is high quality with a hint of ocean freshness. Will order again next season from The Fresh Lobster Co.
