How to prepare your lobster rolls:

Take your rolls and lightly butter the sides. Place in a pan and toast the sides lightly until toasted.
Chop your fresh lobster meat to your desired consistency and put in a bowl. Add any spices (salt, pepper, mayonnaise, butter, lemon etc)
to the lobster meat as you prefer.
